When a law firm is posting a new assignment, they must include the names of all involved parties to avoid any potentials conflicts of interest. 

A conflict check is performed to ensure that the you have conflicting duties or obligations towards the hiring firm, and that the hiring firm would not cause a conflict with your current and/or previous clients. We will inform you of the involved parties when bidding on a new assignment and equip you with the means to run a conflict of interest check.
